Summary
Things just seem to go from bad to worse for Yugi. Kidnapped twice in the same week, his memories taken from him, and now he's the key to preventing the end of the world? Yugi wished he had never set foot in the water.

The disciples had barely recovered from the sight of their esteemed master single-handedly tearing a full bronze mirror from the wall when they realized he fully intended to haul it all the way back to Qing Jing Peak.
“Shizun,” Ming Fan ventured cautiously, watching Shen Qingqiu stride ahead with the massive mirror slung across his shoulder like some deranged traveling peddler, “shouldn’t… shouldn’t we leave that object where it is?”
“And permit some other sect—or worse, passing opportunists—to claim it and put it to vile use? This Master would never allow such calamity to take root.”
Except, what came out of Shen Qingqiu's mouth was, “I need this mirror to beat Shang Qinghua over the head with it until he coughs up an explanation.”
…Wait...what?!
or: Shen Qingqiu accidentally falls under the curse of truth, leaving Liu Qingge to wonder if this is the day his shixiong has finally given in to madness.

Do not go near Wei Ying.
The words are clear and concise, etched neatly into the unyielding stone of Gusu Lan's wall of rules by Grandmaster Lan Qiren himself. It's unmistakable too, having the Wei character for ghost and Ying for infant - Clearly meant to allude towards one specific person living in the Cloud Recesses.
For a long time, Lan Jingyi has always taken Grandmaster Lan's chiding of him "not upholding Gusu Lan conduct appropriately," with some measure of practiced aplomb. Years of being under Hanguang-Jun's careful tutelage has taught him that there is more to being righteous and moral than mere writings on the wall, and Jingyi has learned to shrug off the more arbitrary reprimands of his home Sect.
But as he stands before the Discipline wall, he doesn't think he wants to do that this time. To simply shrug it off and let it go. And from the carefully concealed frowns on his fellow disciples' faces, he suspects that he might not be alone in his sentiment.
