Memories press in the moment his eyes close.
Grief clings to everything.Steve held Eddie when he died. He knows Eddie is gone. He watched it happen. He felt the moment leave his body.
So it makes no sense that Eddie is still here.
Steve sees him in the places he shouldn’t be. The only thing that’s wrong is his eyes. Red.
Steve doesn’t believe in ghosts.
