They were supposed to cut off that bastard Cheon Ma’s head off together. Weren’t they supposed to be together forever? Something hot and wet fell on his face. Using a blood covered finger (Tang Bo’s blood), he wiped his face. Water? Was it raining? He looked up at the sky. Unlike the devastating battlefield, the sky was extremely bright with little clouds. It wasn’t raining so why did his face feel wet. More heavy, wet drops fell on his face, blurring his vision. Oh, he was crying.
He couldn’t remember. That bastard, he’d promised that he’d always be with him. The leech was meant to be stuck with him like he said.
“Hyungnim, you can’t ever get rid of me you know? I’ll stick to you like a leech!”

with that, he reaches up to the back of his head, undoing his blindfold. he hears a sharp gasp when it flutters into his lap.
'n-null-san,' the kid says, and he sounds like he's close to crying. shouta's never seen it, but people have described it to him, he's felt it under his fingers - a jagged scar across both his eyes, over the bridge of his nose, eyes white and unseeing.
