Summary
Loneliness was something Toby was accustomed to. The wide maw of it closing around his aching body. It was similar to grief in some ways, and he knew that one well.
The medicine for his loneliness often came in a placebo known as Internet forums. He’d log on for a variety of things, usually on a stolen computer, and either ragebait other users online, look at porn, or browse age old threads on nonsense. Sometimes he’d do all three, in varying order.
Today, he’s gone from stalking his old bitch classmates on Facebook to scrolling through something called ‘vulture culture’. It basically meant hot girls who like dead things, which was exactly his type. Not that anyone on the forum would ever entertain his perversions, but a man could dream.
