Summary
Buck’s life changes drastically in a matter of days:
He finds out he’s pregnant. Eddie leaves the 118. And then he meets someone unexpected(ly perfect).
Or, there was a part of Buck that always thought he’d end up with Eddie—now that they’ve finally progress past friendship, at least in the bedroom area—until he realizes that it’s only one sided on his part. Only he’s also the one left with the physical evidence of their hook ups. But in comes Tommy Kinard. Handsome, kind, and exactly the kind of person Buck has always wanted.

Summary
One second Buck is tossing cheese puffs into Eddie’s mouth, laughing and joking, and the next someone rammed into their car from behind. A twist of the steering wheel, another rocking bump from behind, and then they were airborne. Glass shatters around them.
He doesn’t really remember hitting the ground, only pain and noise. Then darkness.
When Buck wakes up, he's tied up and alone in a dark cellar. Only he's not alone.
“T-Tommy?” Buck blinks. But the person before him can't be real.
“Hey, Evan.”

In which Buck gets kidnapped and hallucinates his ex boyfriend. Somehow, that leads to an escape and re-finding something he thought he'd lost.

Summary
Glory’s unwoken by the alarm, curled up on his chest, her tight curls tickling him lightly.
He watches her for a moment.
Yes, it’s not always comfortable to have a four year old sleeping in your bed, but sometimes she’s the only thing that helps him wind down and feel comfortable as well.
It’s probably kind of a codependent bond to have, but whatever. He’ll feel guilty about that when he gets through the million other things he has to think about.

“Don’t be a bitch.”
Buck stares at Tommy, over the box. He stares back. “You used to like that.”
Buck sets his chin at him. “I used to like a lot of things.”
