Mobius sighed.
“Because we have a common enemy. Look, guys. You don't know me and you don't know if you can trust me, but I'm telling you... if you help me defeat all these raging versions of He Who Remains... or Kang or whatever he's calling himself... you don't only save me and my people. You're saving yourselves.”
Doctor Strange took a step next to Wong's chair.
“But your request has a deeper purpose. The safety of the multiverse is a noble goal, but if I remember correctly, you want to free-”
“Yeah... I want to free the god of time itself.” Mobius looked around the room filled with superheroes from every branch of the multiverse, which he had been able to reach. Hulk, some Spider-Men, X-Men, Moon Knight, the Guardians of the Galaxy and so many more had come to his call.
“I want to free Loki. And for that I need your help.”---

“Tony's such an attention seeker, isn't he?” Loki startled, scratching the pencil on the paper too far while sketching the mane. He cursed softly and looked up to see a man dressed in casual clothes and a jacket with the zoo logo. “Sorry. Not many people visit in this weather.” He hummed thoughtfully.
The man had long-ish golden hair and honey tanned skin. He looked a bit like a lion Loki was drawing. His demeanor was calm and he looked at Loki with calculating, blue eyes. There was a welcoming smile on his lips, though. He was… easy on the eyes, to say at least.
“You're a zookeeper.”
“And you're an artist.”
_OR: When Hela forced Loki to get therapy, he didn't expect to end up in a zoo where a very pretty zookeeper works. He also didn't expect to see the man more than once, nor did he expect to have to come face to face with his own demons (and his estranged brother Thor).

Loki watched the jellyfish drift in lazy spirals, their tentacles trailing behind them like tangled thoughts. After a long silence, he scoffed.
“Why do such useless creatures exist?” he muttered. “No brain. No heart. They drift endlessly. Contribute nothing. Not even a spine.”
Adam didn’t look away from the tank. “Not everything needs a purpose to be beautiful.”
Loki glanced at him, one brow lifting.
Adam continued, “They exist. And they move. And they glow. That’s enough. Maybe they’re just... here to be gentle.”
