Summary
Luz Noceda always struggled to make friends. Passionate, impulsive, and weird—she was an outcast and the target of many school bullies. After a particularly rough day, Luz encounters an owl just as peculiar as herself. She is led to a mysterious shack in the woods, and her life is forever changed.
Eda the Owl Lady was a fugitive. She specialized in brewing potions of questionable legality and starting prison riots. Taking care of a child, especially a fragile human one, was not something she had any interest in. However, things change when Owlbert comes back from the human world with something other than the usual haul of trinkets.
Or: Luz discovers the portal to the Boiling Isles at a much younger age, and Eda begrudgingly agrees to keep her safe until she can find a way to send her home.

“Huh? Are you hurt? Do you need help?” Steven asked confused as he searched the stranger for any cuts and bruises. He could try and heal them with his spit. As he searched for any injuries he finally noticed the gem that rested on the strangers stomach. A gem that he could recognize anywhere, a gem that he saw everyday, his own gem.

Summary
There were many E-sports teams, but between them all there was one that stood out above all others: The Crystal Gems. E-sports athletes, speedrunners, let's players, in all gaming categories the Crystal Gems let their names be known. Peridot has always dreamed of joining this great team, but the competition is fierce. If she wants to join the Crystal Gems, Peridot must be ready to do the impossible again and again.
(This fic is unfortunately discontinued. I haven't really had any interest in keeping the story going in literal years, and I'm too busy with college and other projects, including other fics, to really pick it back up.)

Summary
Steven is haunted by three ghosts from the future, himself. They have come from their world broken and scarred, but their resolute determination to change their fate is what brought them here. Steven has to adjust to three other minds wrestling for the driver’s seat in his own head and body. It doesn’t help that the Gems notice how...off he can be. Especially when he wakes up from nightmares screaming places and names he shouldn’t know.
Pearl swears by the stars that she saw Steven's eyes were pink but in a blink, it was gone. Amethyst notices the peek of an old scar under his sleeve but Steven pulls it down before she can get a good look. Garnet’s future vision splits into snowflakes around Steven, as if the twelve year old boy she once knew had gone volatile and utterly unpredictable. Steven...well, he’s just glad that no one has noticed the faded diamond mark on his arm yet. The other Stevens are glad too.

Summary
On the day Rose Quartz dies, she wakes up following what should have been the birth of her son and finds herself standing in front of a boy in a red shirt inside her Pink Room at the temple. She sees this boy many times—sometimes older, sometimes young—observing him throughout different stages of his life.
Rose finds out that she can involuntarily time travel to random points in her “afterlife.” She desperately tries to build a relationship with her son, Steven, but the problems and complexities of a relationship are multiplied by her inability to remain in one time and place.

[ ALTERNATIVE SUMMARY - Throughout all of his life, Steven assumes that the glimpses of Rose in the woods or Pink Diamond carting a hand through his hair were all conjured from dreams or figments of his imagination. That is, until he's twenty-eight and receives a letter addressed to him describing his fourth birthday. The letter is signed with a scrawled picture of a rose and a diamond and is a written observation that would have been impossible to ever happen. ]
