Saburo decides to give Adam Smasher a kid. Adam does not like this. He has enough to deal with without a newborn Cyberform fucking things up. Especially when she develops a mutual crush on a former Mox bouncer turned Edgerunner.

This is an idea that spawned more-or-less fully formed in my brain one day whilst playing through 3.5, upon which it started gnawing until I did something with it. This is the result of that. Damn you, muses. I hope you enjoy this 'what if Guinaifen were a self-annihilator' story!

Summary

But it’s hard to ignore what’s in front of your nose. When Public Safety assigns Quanxi as handler to the unruly and defiant Grief Fiend, she won’t be able to avoid her pain for much longer.
Still, things could be worse- at least the Grief Fiend is a cute girl.
————Largely canon compliant up through book 16. This is an emotional catharsis and eventual unbury your gays fic. There’s gonna be a lot of pain but a happy ending. Expect piles of lesbian sex, a good chunk of drama, all my fan theories, and action scenes which will hopefully improve as I go.
