Summary
V found hereself on the roof, with Johnny sitting by her side. Their gaze was fixated on the luminescent glow of the Secure Your Soul advertisement in the towering building before them.
"So, what will it be?" Johnny's voice broke the silence. After everything they went through, V was able to notice the small jitters of anxiousness as he waited for her decision.
But V doesn't remember the answer she gave. Instead, she found herself jolted awake in her former apartemnt - her very old apartment, one she had while working for Arasaka's counterintelligence.
Was it all just a dream? A warning? An opportunity?
or
It's sort of "time-travel" I guess (??). I wanted to play with the idea of fixing shit to get a happier ending for our V.

Summary
“Listen, old man,” Johnny says calmly, picking up the cigarette case and lighting up. “You’re right, I don’t know V like you do. And yeah, you all can tell I’m a knockoff in his body from a glance because we’re like night and day, fucking yin and yang. But there’s one thing we’ve got in common. Don’t ask me how, but we’re both ready to die to save the other.”

Summary
V makes the bold (and probably stupid) choice to face the unknown beyond the Blackwall, leaving her fate up in the air. Johnny’s stuck trying to be a better man, though he’s not entirely sure how. Goro, on the other hand, is questioning everything—his honor, his purpose, even his taste in food. Now, these two unlikely allies must put aside their baggage and work together to bring V back from the digital abyss—if they don’t kill each other first.
New chapter every Sunday!

Cyberpunk: The Samurai Who Screamed - An Original Story Adaptation of Cyberpunk RED and Cyberpunk 2077 by TheWitchMD

Summary
"My mother said to me once, 'Scream until you are heard.' I hardly recall the sound of her voice, yet I do remember that she never screamed – not once. I always wondered what she meant by that, what it meant to her. Perhaps her scream was one of defiance. Perhaps it was a shriek of pain at the world and what it had become. An acceptance of one’s own vulnerability and fear, coupled with the inability to express it to sufficient articulation. Or, maybe, it was the sound of hope. For the acknowledgement of the scream implies that someone is out there listening. I wonder, then, if even the gods themselves will hear me if I scream loud enough."
Follow Valerie "V" Tokai, a reserved samurai with a colorful past, as she attempts to make a new life in the City of Dreams. Follows the basic plotline of Cyberpunk 2077, with heavy use of Cyberpunk RED and 2020 lore.
This work is an ongoing graphic novel, it will be updated periodically, at minimum once a week, at most 2-3 times in a day, depending on how much I get done. While it mostly overlaps with Cyberpunk 2077 including most major dialogue, the plot is heavily-modified and features several additional key events, characters, and major changes throughout.

Summary
Neon Sunsets is a noir reimagining of Cyberpunk 2077’s world told through Valerie Valentine, a former Arasaka agent cut loose after the tower turns on her. What begins with blackmail and betrayal becomes the start of a new life: mercenary gigs with Jackie Welles, Afterlife’s neon-lit promises, and nights carved out in the quiet safety of Judy Alvarez’s apartment on Charter Street.
This AU doesn’t end in tragedy. Instead, Valerie and Judy’s story winds through smoke-filled bars, bloodstained alleys, and stolen moments of tenderness as they fight to build something real. .
Every choice draws Valerie closer to freedom and every breath is a reminder of what it costs to love, to survive, and to defy the corps who thought they owned her.

Five has been many people, lived many lives and tried on even more names. Even still, NC is the only home she's ever known. Summary
Rising legend and most requested merc in all of Night City, V has accepted that the number of months she has left to live can now be counted on one hand. Minus a couple of fingers.
So, she’s got a plan: blaze her way into legend, earn her spot on the Afterlife menu, and go out with a bang.
(Figuratively, of course. Johnny actually needs the body burns-free after.)But Night City’s fixers have other ideas.
Because while letting your best merc die is usually bad for business… Letting V go?
Turns out that’s just not an option.--------------
Or: V is a stubborn gonk but she is also NC’s fixers' favorite gonk.

Summary
“Cyberpunk is a warning.”
Superman is a promise.
Former alien foundling and Nomad drifter Clark Kent arrives in Night City. Not a god, or even a superhero, he starts as an NCART technician trying to help where he can. He’s more powerful than a locomotive. For now, his job is keeping them running on time.
As he tries various jobs within Night City, tries to live within the system, something inside him demands more.
Encounters with corpos, gangoons, the ghosts of Krypton, and the ghosts behind the Blackwall drive home a brutal truth: even Superman isn’t immune to the adage "adapt or die."
This is a crossover between Superman and Cyberpunk 2077, written with love for both.
It’s not “DC Cyberpunk.” It’s Cyberpunk 2077 as it is, colliding with the ideal of Superman.
If you’ve ever wondered what happens when a symbol of hope tries to rise in a world where hope gets you killed, this might be for you.Series

Summary
In the neon-drenched chaos of Night City, V's life spirals into a clusterfuck of epic proportions. Stuck with a smartass brain parasite she can't shake - and might not want to - she crosses paths with a honor-bound rōnin, a badass nomad, a washed-up rockstar, and a parade of other poor bastards just trying to survive. As she navigates this maze of corpo schemes and street-level grit, V's gotta find a way out before the city chews her up and spits her out.
Summary for the post-game
After Mikoshi, V is back in her body, no longer dying. Yet nothing feels right. Johnny? Trapped on a goddamn chip again. And V won't stop at nothing to bring him back, for good this time. Even if it means embarking on a quest that takes her far away from Night City. Thankfully, despite the gut-wrenching absence of the rockerboy, she's not alone. Her friends, with Goro and Panam leading the charge, are there to make sure she doesn't fall apart while attempting the impossible.

Summary
Post The Tower Ending: 2080
It’s been three years since Johnny’s engram was ripped from V’s head and his body was stripped of his heavy chrome. One year since V woke from the surgery induced coma. He’s still alive—somehow. But his body is different, always hurting, nothing like the sleek-powered frame that once tore through Night City. Everyone he knew has moved on.
His friends who drifted, the fixers who stopped calling, even Kerry, who answered V’s one phone call with vague promises of help—then disappeared back into his tour and his fame.
Now, V wakes up each day in a too-quiet apartment and goes to work at the Afterlife as a bartender, learning how to live as a normal person.
And as for how Kerry has been all these years? Well, he makes music, he sells out stadiums and copes however he can. With whoever he can.
Ultimately it’s a poorly timed message and fate that decides it isn’t done with them yet, and throws them back together with all the subtlety of a car crash. Will they take this second chance?

My take on the V and Vektor romance we were tragically denied. Slow burn romance, lots of mutual pining, flirting, and these two idiots being ships in the night until they finally confess.

Summary
Night City shows no mercy. Neon lights don’t hide the violence — they illuminate it. Valerie is drawn into a brutal, overwhelming reality: grief after Jackie, staying one step ahead of death, friends sinking into cyberpsychosis. Worst of all, she wakes up with a biochip in her head.
Johnny-motherfucking-Silverhand — a terrorist who was supposed to be dead — now squats in her mind against her will. Over time, that annoying, insolent voice becomes something far more than just a curse. He begins to stir emotions she never knew she could feel.
In a world of cheap sexuality, brutal betrayals, and rampant violence, is there any place for something real?

Summary
It could have been mistaken for a dead body, honestly. But when V crouched in front of her to take a closer look, the woman grabbed her wrist. Hard.
“I won't hurt you. Promise.” V said, throat impossibly tight. Play it cool. Don't panic. Whatever you do, don't piss your pants. “Gonna bleed out to death if you don't let me help.”
Then, V saw them. Eyes that were the color of the blood in her veins. The woman chuckled.
“How… how many times have you broken that promise?”

Summary
“Johnny doesn’t believe in soul mates. What he does believe is that their engrams would know each other anywhere. They’re written into each other’s code now. Digital souls tied together.”
One year after destroying Mikoshi and Arasaka. One year after taking that leap beyond the Blackwall together.
V and Johnny wake up in bodies that aren’t their own, in a city that hasn’t changed all that much. Familiar faces and familiar struggles quickly push them into another race against time. This is a post-canon sequel to Last of a Dying Breed and will make a lot more sense if read after that. You don’t need to have read the other two side stories in the series.
