Cicero gets transported into the "real world". Specifically, to a typical modern college campus. It's a good thing that a person of culture was the one to find him.

Summary
What was the point of going out to a scary world, when you had it very comfortable in the confines of your apartment. The world outside feels overwhelming, demanding and too bright. After going grocery shopping for the month, you decide to stop by the garbage dumb to get rid of the garbage bags in your car. There you find a beat up crt tv and it just happens that you need a tv after your flatscreen broke a few months ago.
In the dark world Tenna is slowly turning to stone after having been thrown out of the Dremurr family. Then suddenly he is picked up and given new purpose through this new Lightner. Now determined than ever to prove his worth to them, Tenna will do anything for you to never pull his plug again.

Summary
Living under someone else’s control was normal for Dima. He was accustomed to having his autonomy stripped away from him. As a child, he’d been passed around from orphanage to orphanage. Now that he was 20, he preferred to listen to his roommate’s advice about life and their experiences. They were wise beyond their physical years (but so was he).
It wasn’t that Dima was afraid to speak his mind, nor was he a pushover. He was capable and self-reliant. He didn’t need other people’s opinions to decide what was best for him. But sometimes, it just proved easier to submit to other’s whims instead of thinking for himself.
So, when he woke up in a young woman’s wardrobe, the simplest answer was right in front of him: Play along. She was clearly misinformed, adamant about “loving him” and telling him stories he couldn’t remember. But she swore up and down the walls that the only thing she wanted from him was to “take care of him”.
If suffocating affection and home-cooked meals were what he got in exchange for staying in a dark, shallow closet for a few weeks…
He could live with that.

Summary
Most people feel emotions on a spectrum. And while people frequently said that she was on the spectrum, she wasn't on that one. Everything was to the very extreme. She was either happy to the point of mania, sad to the point of depression, angry to the point of violence, or numb. Nothingness. She knew she didn't feel things like other people did.
A quick one-shot I pumped out in ~24 hours that explores Seraphina’s anxious attachment style and mindset.
