Castiel was hired to curse Prince Dean Winchester, the oldest son of King John Winchester, as revenge for John not acknowledging his illegitimate son Adam. Castiel assumed it had worked - he'd done the spell right, his monitor was glowing, and there didn't seem to be any hint of anyone falling in love with Dean.
Until someone did. Castiel is compelled to investigate and find out what went wrong.
