“This truly was a surprise, hm?” The shorter man laughs, sounding like a caught breath, voice melodic, “Toru told me to apologize on her behalf, and to inform you she’s grateful.” Aoyama lifts his arm up and gestures towards the hallway he had just emerged from, “Follow me?”
“Right, lead the way.” Neito tilts his head, ready to walk alongside him to their destination.
