Like a girl’s, Sanji had said, not fooling either of them… not for a single second was he fooling either of them, but the offer had been so damn tantalising that Zoro hadn’t let on, allowing Sanji to use him wherever and whenever he was desperate enough to ask because any measure of attention that Zoro could get from the bastard was worth more than any and all treasures the Grand Line could have to offer.
Zoro decides he'd also like to get something out of him and Sanji's weird little arrangement.

"You a lord's son?" Zoro asked. The blond turned to him, trying to tell if Zoro was joking or not. Finally he laughed, head thrown to the side like he was trying to muffle the sound. Zoro wasn't sure what was funny.
"What makes you think that I'm the son of a lord?" He asked.
"Your kimono is real silk. You have soft hands which tells me that you don't do any manual labor. And you're clean, probably showered within the last day or so." The blond smiled.
"I'm not a lord," he said. "Given where we are, what's your second guess?" Zoro nodded in understanding.
"You're a prostitute," Zoro said. He didn't phrase it like a question. The blond wrinkled his nose.
"I prefer the phrase 'entertainer''. Sounds more respectable." His amused tone said that he wasn't under the impression that there wasn't anything respectable about himself. Zoro just grunted.
"That makes sense."
"What does?" The blond asked. "The fact that I'm a whore?" Zoro nodded.
"You're handsome," he just said by way of explanation.

Despite some of Usopp's more out-there crack theories, Zoro and Sanji are not, in fact, secretly in love. They really do just happen not to get along- which leads to what may appear as the bickering of an old couple and the close contact of two men trying to rip each other's heads off.
That is, until a fortune teller indubitably predicts their shared future.
