Summary
On the night before Shelock is sent off to Eastern Europe as punishment for shooting Magnussen, John makes a deal with Mycroft. Sherlock is to be released from his holding cell for one last night, and left at Baker St. to spend his last night with John. They will be alone, finally, with no Mary, no cases, and no interruptions, but eventually, all nights end.
