    Michael Guerin had spent his life being angry so he didn't have to feel the other feelings that made him know he was small, weak and alone and if you'd asked him it had been a fucking fantastic call. Even if it meant he'd never really gotten a special, his own thing, power like Max and Isabel. Even if his powers glitched more often than they helped but there was something about choosing love that really gave you a little more space to try the 30 flavours of emotions he'd watched everyone else splash about in. Who knew, life on the run could give you the freedom to start being whole.
