Emphasis on ANYONE- from Ninjagos most wanted to the resident elemental heroes. When it comes to clientele, however, Cas has never seen a member of the Ninja team spend a night out here.

TURTLES CONSCIOUS: 3Leo tipped backward, letting the cool air of the night wash over his warm skin. He’d caught himself threatening to fall forward, probably straight into some diner’s dumpster, and taken the chance to right himself before he did something so completely ridiculous. Sensei would blow a fuse if he saw that. After all the drills he’d had Leo run through from such a young age, one would think that he’d retain one or two of them, especially in such a low-stakes environment.
He shook his head, amused at the thought. He could probably recite the very Space Heroes episode he’d watched the day that his father first taught him the importance of his balance, yet the information all but disappeared from him now.
It was weird how the brain retained memories. He supposed it had to do with their bases. Too bland, and they’d never stand out against the sea of all that came before them. Too eye-catching, and he’d never move past them. They had to be just right, just the correct blend of both for the mind to keep them.
or, in an ironic turn of events, the only one unable to remember the time loop that always ends with Leo’s death is Leo.

Summary
He doesn't know who he is anymore- or what he is. He only knows what he isn't; Asriel is gone, but what's left behind? He feels as though he's at a stalemate with himself. So he hides, quietly watching the world from afar, fearing that if he touches anything it'll crumble. (Although he can always undo it.)
From the very beginning, Papyrus is his favorite. Maybe it's because the skeleton is strong and cool, or maybe it's because of how entertaining he is, or maybe it's because he reminds him of his old best friend sometimes.
Or maybe it's because they are both so lonely.

In that fact, Papyrus did remain an outlier. He had always been curious by nature, always seeking out solutions to his puzzled approach to life. Flowey found himself wanting to nurture that in a way, eager to have someone else to share in his misfortune.

Summary
Papyrus already knew that dreams and many words were meaningless. Still, that didn’t stop him from endlessly dreaming of things that would never be. Nor would it stop his cascading flow of words, should anyone stop to listen. But Papyrus knew that his words were idle chatter. They were crafted to make the few people he cared about happy and not worth much otherwise. And for the new people he’d meet, he’d put on quite a show of words for them. Because otherwise, he was quite forgettable, wasn’t he?
A character study, of sorts.
