Dr. Hannibal Lecter and Professor Will Graham both teach at Baltimore State University—Hannibal in Advanced Criminology, Will in Criminal Profiling. To the naked eye, they’re rivals, each vying for the top students and the prestige of their classes. Privately… their rivalry takes a far more intimate turn after hours. When he can't sleep, Holmes suggests a remedy for restlessness that fills Watson with fear, joy, and then guilt - because Holmes does not allow him to return the favour and does not want to talk about it.
