Instead he decides on Support Course and makes new friends along the way, as well as getting noticed by Snipe for building guns and wanting to be a hero. Aizawa is too tired to deal with a transfer focused on guns, and Power Loader just wants Midoriya and Hatsume separated to decrease explosions.

After a failed suicide attempt, years of bullying, and his mother's death, Izuku Midoriya doesn't think he has any option besides joining the League of Villains. After all, foster care is no place for a quirkless kid like him. Plus, working as a hacker and analyst for the League doesn't sound like it would be too bad. But, after meeting a hurt little girl in Overhaul's headquarters, Toga and Izuku can't just sit back and take orders from Shigaraki anymore. With some careful consideration, Izuku figures a villain reformation program at UA doesn't sound horrible, even if it means having to put up with Bakugou.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku has found himself deeply woven into the world of villainy with no hope of escape due to the influence of his father. His friendships with the people around him are tumultuous at best and abusive at worst. Denial and compartmentalization are the only things keeping him sane.
When Midoriya is finally arrested, he encounters hope in the form of a small white animal. The principal of UA wants to offer him a position in a trial rehabilitation program. Although Midoriya has no interest in being rehabilitated, he's sure the villains he'd been associated with will retaliate if they find out he's at UA. He'd rather die than just be locked up in Tartarus.
What he doesn't expect is for the mysteries of his past to be unraveled while he's at UA. Will the staff and students there uncover the truth behind his crimes and villainous actions? Can they change their opinion of him once they learn that he's been a victim of the same villains they believed him to be on the side of? Can Midoriya learn to love himself?

Summary
During a routine raid the heroes have a much harder time than expected while fighting what was supposed to be a rookie yakuza group. Many heroes are seriously injured, including a very grumpy underground hero, and two are out of commission.
After the raid, they find a notebook filled to the brim with extremely detailed information in pro- and underground heroes alike. To their surprise the villain who acquired the information on the heroes had left a note for them that makes their job of bringing them to justice much easier. On the second page of the book it reads: ‘If found, please return to Midoriya Izuku’.
Or
Villains got a hold of Middle school Izuku’s hero notebook and used it to get an advantage over the heroes. When the notebook is found after the raid the heroes think that Midoriya had sold the information to the group and is brought in under the assumption that he is working with the yakuza.
Cue a very scared and confused Izuku, a very parental Aizawa, a very concerned Tsukauchi, and a very pissed Sir Night eye.

Midoriya Izuku was quirkless.
In a different universe he wouldn’t let this deter him from becoming a hero. In a different universe he has—or somehow gets—a quirk. In a different universe he would have unwavering determination.
He would become the greatest hero in the world.
But this is not a different universe, this is the universe where he is a loser, a freak, a nobody, a worthless Deku. Here he only has two things: spite and a recklessness that borders suicidal. Technically three things, if you count the constant tiredness that levels on numb. To his dismay—as if the godforsaken universe decided to have a laugh at his expense—he became more obsessed with heroes and furthermore quirks when he gave up his dream.
Continuing to chase after hero fights and constantly trying to analyze every quirk he sees, as an escape from the financial troubles of home his mother tries to assure him aren’t there, leads to many notebooks. Having unmonitored internet access leads him to a rabbit hole of information and forums. It’s among these forums he has his first encounter with the payable position of an ‘informant.’ He gave up on being a hero—just can’t see himself being one anymore. But an informant? Naomasa just went to grab a coffee from his favorite cafe to take a break from work. Take a break from the serial killer that was walking free and caused death after death. They were brutal, left the corpses in a gory mess, almost like an artwork. The case file was growing thicker and thicker, just not with any sort of hint or evidence to find the culprit.
It was tiring, exhausting to work with the little they knew.
And just as Naomasa thought about finally catching a little break — finally being able to relax a bit — his emergency phone was called once again.
