Summary
Izuku has Distressed Nesting Syndrome. It is when omegas hyperfixate on their nest an unhealthy amount, it is a byproduct of anxiety unique to omegas. Izuku barely gets any sleep because of it. Ironically, Izuku is an interior designer for omegas with DN. He is able to help others but not himself. His mother refers him to a clinic called Alpha Care, that helps omega based issues.
That is where Izuku meets his Alpha medical care professional, Bakugou Katsuki.

Mostly in the shape of Katsuki Bakugo.
As the two men attempt to overcome a past filled with grief, guilt and regret, they must also learn to trust each other as new threats emerge from the shadows.
