As he lost himself in his thoughts, the pain abruptly coiled tight in his chest; it was like an impossibly heavy, leaden weight had manifested itself there. Suddenly weak, Zhongli found he had to sit down on the stone edge of the low wall next to the flowers. The feeling was so horrid it made his nose burn and his eyes prickle with tears. Resolutely, Zhongli squashed it beneath his conscious thoughts as he had done to so many of his foes with meteors falling from the sky, and stood- albeit a little shakily, having been unprepared for the initial onslaught of pain, and made his way uneasily the rest of the way to the pharmacy.

It never bodes well to get home visits from anyone and least of all in the middle of the night from someone who clearly knows he's there and Shouta only very reluctantly opens the door.
On the other side is an unremarkable looking man; so unremarkable in fact that it's setting off all kinds of alarm bells in his head. He's wearing a suit, just fitted well enough to not make him look sloppy or too sharp and Shouta is not even going to think about the fact that there's a child as well.
He's not going to think about that at all, in fact, even though the purple hair is hard to ignore.
