Summary
The only reason the group—or cult, as it should've been called—had only been brought up because a villain they had fought had connections with the now-eradicated cult. Wally thought bringing up a dead society mid-battle was stupid, but it made Artemis and Robin pause long enough to get hit. That never happened.
Conner and Wally had gotten there first, scooping them up while Zantanna and M’gann finished them off.
Now, Wally sat next to a disheveled Robin. His eyes were distant and cold.
