(Look at this like 1+1 deal since I was convinced (threatened) to write a less suicide-inducing version for this fic so now it contains 2 fanfics in the price of one. The first chapter is a one shot, one and done, horror fuel, tragedy. The other two chapters are... the same concept but in two parts with a happy ending.)
So you all know that one fanfic here where the author decided that they wanted to be emotionally self-harming and also an emotional terrorist and attack everyone? Great! so personally I haven't read that because I don't hate myself that much but my mind did obsesse over it and when I obsess I write.
The story takes place in the second book (the long game) after the plane crash but instead of surviving the plane crash–Ilya actually dies.
Now Shane is left facing the hungry vultures of the press, and they keep asking him about his "biggest rivals" death until he's pushed far enough to break and confess his love for his dead lover and his biggest rival In the face of the world (but not to his lovers face because he is dead.)Bookmarked by Twixycookie1
