Day in and day out... it’s the same old cycle for Jason Peter Todd. Most days he robs the rich and gives it to the poor—meaning himself of course—but sometimes he gets bored and watches the rich folk when he goes to rob them of their “precious” jewelry, which makes him laugh at these rich people smiling like everything is alright in the world when it’s not. They could be helping out people like him, stuck in the slums of Gotham living through things these ungrateful creatures couldn’t begin to imagine.

Like the hopeless idiot Terasaka, who quickly learns he shouldn't take relationship advice from sadists like Karma and Rio. He actively tries to get them to butt out of his relationship or lack thereof, with Itona. But Karma and Rio can't help it. Romantics at heart, they just want to see those two get together.
Meanwhile, Nagisa soon finds out that Rio and Karma are using him as a guinea pig in their various plans, and he's not happy about it.
I mean... it’s all fun and games...

Who would have thought that butting into relationships that are none of their business could actually get people hurt?

With that final push, Nagisa lifted his head and looked directly at Karma, avoiding his intense gaze. He forced himself to speak the question that’s been burning on his mind since that morning. He forced himself to not think about the worst that could happen, and only on the best possible outcome. Anything to get out of the new reality that he was painstakingly living through.
“Karma-kun, I need you to be my fake boyfriend!”
As soon as he spoke, he swore he heard a pin drop.
