Ghost can handle torture. Torture is easy, it’s been done to him so many times he can turn his brain off and it’s like it’s not even happening. Except they’re not torturing him, they’re torturing Soap on his behalf. Tearing him apart piece by piece so that Ghost will tell them everything.
But their mission is on the line, and Soap is telling him to let it happen, that his life isn’t as important as keeping their intel out of enemy hands.
