Neil has some information on Andrew in his binder already, but not much, and it's still mostly centered around Kevin; it also carries the distinct clinging of his life before, back when he was on the run, and Andrew's the one who told him to stay.
While a binder isn't a bad idea, that one seems like the wrong one, which is how Neil comes to the conclusion to just get another.

genuinely the funniest way to think about caleo is calypso/leo having a useless relationship where they break up constantly because leo's obvs in love with jason, and calypso hates jason cuz of it, but also they keep getting back together for no reason. calypso don't even think leo's cute or nothing she just doesn't want jason winning. in the very specific situation in which they get married, they literally can't stand each other and they get the marriage annulled. jason its either blissfully ignorant or he tries to pretend he's not the cause of caleo's 3rd divorce.

Makoto opens and closes her mouth. She narrows her eyes and whips out her phone, typing out the blink twice if you need me to clock this guy message before she says anything else. Letting out a loud laugh, Akira moves forward to stop her, hand on her wrist.
“It’s fine,” Akira insists. “I don’t usually wait for permission. But this is a little different, isn’t it?”
“Granted, I would usually take issue with you purporting to date my partner,” Akechi admits, “but I felt more reasonable considering that it was you who asked, Niijima-san. My only condition is that I be here to witness the charade.” He shrugs. “It sounded entertaining.”
Makoto lowers her phone, mostly because she’s speechless. Stunned beyond words, you could say. “Purporting to—what? This isn’t a date!”
“Of course it isn’t actually,” Akechi says with a frown. “I wouldn’t agree to that.”
