Just like the banner said, Shiratorizawa thrived on irresistible force. Not all that power came from strong left-handed spikers, though - Shirabu Kenjirou, for example, behaved like an exceptional asshole, both on and off the court.
Tsutomu knew it was going to be a problem once he'd started seeing an irresistible asshole.

Summary
“I think he created the device for an end-of-the-world scenario,” Bruce said, voice carefully neutral.
When a mysterious device sends the Batkids' future sons and daughters to the past, right in the middle of the cave, none of them is ready. Not the new kids, whose family as they know it is back in a different time, and certainly not Bruce's own children, too young to be parents.
With the six now stuck in a time in which they don't exist yet, hurt by a future that will never be, the Batkids will have to decide what it truly means to be a family and how to face the ghosts of choices not yet taken.
