Summary
For their first five years at Hogwarts, Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger exchanged nothing but secret, curious glances until one stolen moment shattered the silence, sparking a bond that defied bloodlines, politics, and destiny itself. What follows is a secret connection neither understands, ancient and unyielding, pulling them deeper into each other as the war closes in. With dark tasks assigned, loyalties shifting, and truths buried beneath generations of secrets, their sixth year at Hogwarts becomes a crucible of fate.
And when the final battle arrives, everything they thought they knew—about themselves, their families, and each other—will be rewritten.A reimagining of the war, where love rewrites fate and the cost of redemption is everything.

Summary
"All her growth was the conveying of a corpse of hope."
(From 'The Rainbow', D.H. Lawrence)This is a story about coming into one's own, a meditation on the twilight of girlhood and the violence of crash-landing into womanhood. Follow Hermione as she navigates through the quagmire: Saving the world, getting top grades, falling in love, lust, and a whole lot of trouble, and comes out of it hopefully (at least) partially sane.

Summary
“Mother... if I were... In the event that one found oneself... shall we say interested in interacting with someone who was not normally included in our social circles, would that... would one find oneself quite dismissed from the family, do you suppose?”
The first wizarding war didn't end. It just changed tactics.
Hidden in bureaucracy, buried in laws, and baked into bloodlines, wizarding society is still divided into those who belong, and those who don't. But Hermione Granger has never backed down from a challenge, and she's never wanted anything more than to belong.
Not every war is fought with battles and curses. Some are fought with hushed conversations, careful compromises, and a revolution that begins in a library.

Summary
Draco Malfoy is joining his classmates back at Hogwarts for a Ministry-Mandated 8th year post-war. The 8th years, in the spirit of inner house unity, have been removed from their houses, and placed into a combined house and dorm with the other 8th year students forced to return. Hating his predicament, his father, and his own reflection, he is forced to confront his wrong-doings while working to figure out who he is. He enjoys the shadows he's created for himself over the past two years, and doesn't have any intentions of letting them go.
Hermione Granger never came back from the war, not really. Everyone finds out quickly that she's stuck in her head, fighting her trauma, the pain of her scars the war inflicted, and the weight of her status as "Golden Girl." Hermione is a reckless mess in the dark, and afraid of being inspected too closely in the light.
When Draco and Hermione are paired together for the 8th year practicum, no one knows what to think, other than shit is about to hit the fan. Will they help each other heal, or prolong the hurt?
