“No, thank you.” She stood awkwardly in the middle of the room, looking nervous.
“You're so polite today, what's the occasion?” He poured Hermione a lemon seltzer water anyway, deciding that having something to drink and hold might take some of the tension out of her jaw, and garnished it with a cucumber slice.

“Should we sit and bicker, or stand and bicker?” Draco motioned to a leather conversation set in the corner.
“I'm not here to bicker!” Hermione joined him.
“What a shame, you do it so well. Lemon seltzer?” He offered once she'd taken a seat.
“That's lovely, thank you.” Hermione took the drink and Draco stifled a chuckle. “Oh, shut up.” She rolled her eyes.
Hermione finds hope in the future again after dealing with the emotional aftermath of war.

This story follows the events of the main storyline but with some changes to the aftermath, the very special background for these changes will be explained in chapter I. The changes allow for the events of 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' to be ignored, although there are some references to the depressing shit regarding Astoria Greengrass (Really, J.K.? REALLY? Well, flagellate yourself no more because I fixed it for you.).
