Izuku Midoriya decides to take leave from UA due to the spreading of rumors about him. These rumors suggest that he was aggressive towards former classmates in his past. He thought his classmates would believe him instead of the lies, instead, they went along with the rumors due to the fact that they only got close to him due to his connection with All Might. As such, with the teachers believing him, Midoriya decides to leave and attend the #1 hero school in the world located in America.
Let's follow the story of how Midoriya becomes the Hero of Hope; The Paragon and creates new bonds with his classmates and Hero's in America.

Summary
Kacchan has always said that Izuku has shit luck. But Izuku wouldn't say he had bad luck, sure his quirk came in late, causing his father to leave him, but that doesn't mean anything. And sure people would constantly bully him for his lack of quirk, and then once he got a quirk, an extremely powerful one, people just got worse.
And to top it all off he somehow won the genetic lottery by ending up as a male omega, not only putting him in danger of people harrassing him for his hand in marriage, but also, in combination with his powerful quirk, putting him in actual danger of the hero commission buying him to breed him. And sure maybe he somehow manages to stumble his way into crappy situations, but it was never anything too serious.
But no, Izuku wouldn't say he had bad luck... or at least he didn't.
But now, staring at the sludge looming over the emaciated man, Izuku can't help but think maybe Kacchan was a tiny bit right.
