He doesn’t want to dwell on why he’s telling Deadpool of all people. Surely it has nothing to do with his desperate lack of friends. MJ is in California chasing her dreams, Harry’s undergoing treatment for his mental health and isn’t allowed visitors (not that it matters since they blacklisted Peter after last time), and Gwen… Well.
And it’s not like he can talk to Aunt May without her worrying about him starving to death under a bridge or something so… Deadpool it is. Man, when did his life get this pathetic?

Whatever twists of fate the future might hold, and whatever actions Reynauld might someday feel compelled to take in the name of safeguarding his eternal salvation, he thanked the Light daily that Dismas hadn’t already left him for dead in one of these dungeons just to be through with it all.
It would be a fitting punishment, Reynauld figured; lenient, even. For all that he’d done, all that he wanted, all that he was.

He’s 5’9 now, and he’s found new motivation to live after the disappearance of his empire in the form of rebuilding it on his own.
But their status quo is suddenly shaken up when Zim receives a transmission from Irk for the first time in six years, requesting that he return to become their new Tallest. Now embarked on a journey back to Irk, they find themselves confronting new dangers, old faces, and the ever-evolving nature of their nebulous relationship.

Careful lines drawn in the sand lay out their destiny, and no matter what paths they take, what circumstances, Sam and Higgs always make it to the end the same. The former, trying to stop the Extinction and holding onto humanity, and the latter, faithful servant to Amelie, bringing everything to an end.
They remember little of this, forced to repeat this cycle over, and over, and over again, until whatever sick god in control lets them rest, never pleased. This time, as if to stab the knife in further, she gives Sam a front row seat.
