Murasakiashi no Mikan, Captain of the Smoking Pirates, runs afoul of a time-travelling Devil Fruit. Her whole crew is sent backwards in time some twenty years - just in time to stop Akainu.

Mikan’s laughter rings out across Marineford, loud and bright, and Luffy looks over just in time to watch the captain take a running jump that cleared about half of her ship’s length to land on the strange pole at the bow, causing the ship to dip in the air, stern rising quickly. Mikan slipped sideways, deliberate like Nami’s “drunkenness”, catching both hands on the pole and then flinging herself over and over, like Luffy sometimes likes to do on the mizzen, before releasing her hold and shooting herself straight up into the air. Kicking off of nothing, like those CP9 bastards, Mikan throws herself to the stern of the ship, bounding over the railings before kicking the ship’s butt. The Red Herring shoots through the air, and Luffy can’t help laughing, either. -

One by one they die in Westeros, but the magic of their Direwolves keeps them connected (this is Important), and means that with his last breath, the Three Eyed Raven can spin them all together, and send them sideways and backwards (or maybe it's forwards?) to a world where they can regroup and recover.

Shanks looked around at Elegia, at the destruction and the fire and the wrath of Tot Musica, and then looked down at his precious daughter, passed out in his arms.
“The Government will come for her,” Beckman said lowly from his side. Shanks knew that. Shanks was more than well aware.
“I’m not leaving her here,” he said firmly, voice just as quiet. “We’ll take her back East, and hide her on Dawn with Luffy. No one will think to look for my daughter there, after all... Gordon! When people ask, tell them that the Akagami Kaizokudan were responsible for Elegia – and say nothing of Uta, do you understand?”

Alternatively, the ASL brothers become the ASUL siblings, and the shafted female characters of One Piece take to the Seas themselves. Or, Tumblr user @rainboweem has an absolutely adorable picture of the Monster Trio and their big sisters, and I took one look at that and went "😍😍 I NEED this as a fic so bad!”

“I don't think it's a joke anymore," Penguin said that night in the crew bedroom, a propos nothing.
“Which of your bullshit pranks are you talking about now?" Law's tired voice piped up from behind the mountain of fur that was Bepo.
“That dad's our- I mean, that Cora-san's our dad.”
It started out as one, Penguin was pretty sure. When they first called him the crew's dad, it was a dig at Law's adamant denials of the man being his father.
But then they all started calling him that to the point where his bounty he got at a failed supply run had him put down as “Wanted: Dad" (a copy of which hung in at least three different rooms on the sub), and that prompted them to get him a “best dad" mug, and they had all that rules for keeping him safe written down-

Tim is hunched over his computer, bouncing between a report for B (Batman, not Bruce) and a spreadsheet for B (Bruce, not Batman) when Jason stumbles into the cave. If it weren’t for the fact that Jason had been in a somewhat good mood lately, Tim probably would have been a little more concerned about this fact. Still, it’s weird when, instead of ignoring Tim’s existence like he usually does, Jason walks over to him directly and says, “I'm in a time loop and I don't know why. Fix it."
