Summary
“Not bad, Spark, not bad,” Bakugou mutters. He lightly kicks Kaminari’s shin when he settles back down next to his part of the fire.
Kaminari’s smile grows impossibly bigger and his eyes are sparkling when he turns to Bakugou to beam at him.
Kirishima lets himself fall down between them, poking Bakugou’s thigh with his knee. “You both did really well,” he says, leaning against him.
Bakugou doesn’t push him off, though he does shrug, causing Kirishima to smack his chin against his shoulder.

It's not that he needs validation. He knows he is great, knows he is going to be number one. He didn't plan on pursuing any kind of relationship and doesn't need them in the first place. He would do fine on his own. But maybe he can finally admit to himself that even though he doesn't need it, not any of it, that it's okay to want it anyway.

or, class 1A, now in their last year of high school, is on a summer camp before they graduate. most things have settled by now, but Bakugou, Kaminari and Kirishima are still dancing around each other.(I might change the summary, probably not because I'm too lazy for that.)

Summary
“You don’t need to,” Kirishima finally says. “Doing, or not doing, something like this is totally up to you. No one gets to decide for you. You can say no, for whatever reason, and you shouldn’t have to explain yourself. You don’t need to.”
Bakugou doesn’t show any sign that he heard him and Kirishima doesn’t want anything more than to wrap his arms around him to comfort him. But he knows that Bakugou is listening, thinking, and that he will initiate touch the moment he can and wants to actually receive it.
So Kirishima waits patiently. He contemplates putting the tv back on, just to give Bakugou that tiny extra bit of space.

Kirishima glances at the band aid around the ring finger of Kaminari’s other hand, the orange, black and green colours of Bakugou’s hero costume vibrant in the yellow lighting of the kitchen. “You’re trying to collect all the heroes?” He teases, looking through the bin for the recognisable red of his own costume.
“No,” Kaminari hops on top of the kitchen island, “only you two.”
The spatula that Bakugou was holding slips out of his hand.

Summary
Someone sucks in a sharp breath. Somebody else gasps. Another let out a small ‘no’. Kaminari doesn’t know who, his eyes blurred and fixed on the floor next to Ashido’s feet. Unable to look at them as they all freeze, the realization of the truth hitting them.
He wishes that it would have taken longer for him to get here, wishes that he was given more time instead. An extra month, week, day, hour, even a minute would be better than having to face this now. Anything that gives him more time before the inevitable.

My take on Kaminari being the traitor.
Not everyone who started bad, ends up wanting the same things when it all comes crashing down.

Although, a kid gutsy enough to have done what he did, to still be surviving after having lost as much as he had, maybe he was actually better under pressure than anywhere else.
“A denial would be offensive, right?” Peter asked simply. “To your intelligence and stuff?”
