John annoys Sherlock by blaming him for his (John's) disastrous sex life while ridiculing his (Sherlock's) non-existent one. In order to shut John up for good, Sherlock decides to fabricate a very much existent sex life for himself.
Of course the plan backfires horribly.

Summary
