Shadow thinks of thanking her, he doesn’t like waking up in the tube either.
OR: Shadow is supposed to be asleep recovering from injuries after an Eggman attack gone awry, so why is somehow awake and seeing things through Sonic’s eyes?

Summary
Finn, being known as one of the heroes of Ooo, has been asked by princess bubblegum to retrieve a gem for her. Deep in a cave lies a monster protecting the gem that she needs.
No problem, right? Him and Jake can wipe the monster out in no time. Except that Jake isn't with him. Finn, fighting the huge weird creature alone, gets beat up pretty badly, leaving Jake to take care if his hurt brother when he gets home from his solo-adventure.
