Summary
Due to his profession as a Witcher, Geralt has had to hide his identity as an omega for most of his life. His life is a tangle of lies that he keeps tightly wrapped up, lest somebody gets too close and discovers his secret. One night he meets a pretty omega bard in a tavern, and he almost gets too close. Once he and Jaskier start traveling together, Geralt must be even more careful if he wants to keep the other omega from unraveling his lies.

"A kiss can be so many things. Sometimes nothing at all. Isn't that fascinating, Geralt?" he muses, absently scratching his stomach. "Like, it can be a greeting, deception, a confession."
"You spent a lot of time thinking about kissing," Geralt says, because of course he did.

"What about you?" Geralt asks, making Jaskier blink and turn to look at him.

Summary
Jaskier.
He had longer hair, shoulder length and matted. His cheeks were stubbled and tear stained. His clothes were ratty, worn, and not colorful at all. His hands bandaged. And his eyes… his eyes were nervous, and… hurt. Deeply hurt. But here his bard was, alive, petting Roach and staring at Geralt.
Geralt moved forward and hugged the man to his chest without thought. He wasn’t expecting the flinch, nor for the bard to pull away, but Geralt let him go. He didn’t know what had come over him anyway.
He was happy enough just to look at the man.
“Where have you been?” He asked. “I’ve been searching for you, ever since…” he trailed off, expecting Jaskier to chime in, like he always did.
