His crewneck sweater with the logo of whatever fancy college he went to hangs loose on his shoulders, exposing a bit of his collarbone that Rand desperately wants to bite marks into. He reaches up and runs his hands through Rolan’s hair, smoothing back the grey strands.

    He swallows. He wants to snap again, say something snarky so Rolan shuts him up, but all he can muster up is a soft “Hi.”
