Summary
Plutarch Heavensbee is in a tricky situation. His brother is dead, his father despises him, and he's been banished to the backwaters of District 3 to capture the reaping of the forty-seventh annual Hunger Games. It's a far cry from where he expected to be, especially when his charges seem increasingly resistant to putting on a good show.
