While some of their friends have teased them about sleeping in the same bed, there wasn’t anything romantic about it. Sure, Nico still had feelings for her. Summary
Ranpo hates parties. She hates them with all of her being, to no exaggeration. They’re full of phonies, not to mention that she’s never been to a function that didn’t have a criminal involved.
(Although… that may have more to do with the oddities she surrounded herself with. Not that she was complaining – her life was interesting, if nothing else. And her friends definitely made these balls easier to deal with.)
But masquerades are even worse. Not only is everyone fake, they’re dressed like it! Only people with something to hide wear those damned masks, in Ranpo’s wise opinion.
A raven, though? Well, maybe she could get behind that.
