Summary
“Master? Is that you?”
It’s too dark in the hole the blast has created for them to make out any details, but Obi-Wan can see a dark silhouette finally get to his feet a few feet away from him. The figure is too short, not quite lean enough, to be Anakin. Obi-Wan watches helplessly as Anakin – or should he say, himself – steps into the faint light emanating from the holocron.
There’s a long moment of silence, broken only by Anakin saying, voice still hoarse but distinctively Obi-Wan-esque, “What in sithhells is going on?”

Or, in which Anakin touches a dangerous force object and now him and Obi-Wan are trapped in each other’s bodies until something, or someone, can find a solution to their predicament. But before they can, they're both going to make some eye-opening discoveries about the other.- Language:

“I do not know you,” he told the mirror. An unrecognizable voice spoke the words, one so boyish and lilting it might have been comical to hear in another lifetime. “I do not know you,” he whispered. His eyes widened like a frightened dog’s and he nearly failed to stifle the onslaught of tangled barbs threatening to unravel inside him. He shuddered out a breath and clenched his hands on the sink, durasteel and flesh. “Why would you send me here?” He despaired. “The war has already begun.”
Darth Vader dies on the Death Star only to wake up in his nineteen year old body during the beginning of the Clone Wars.

“’Do you…’ Obi-Wan begins slowly. ‘Would you be...comfortable, with opening the bond briefly?’
And all at once, the barrier retreats, and in its place is Anakin, all of him. Obi-Wan can feel grooves and gouges, blackened, pitted scars upon the marrow of his being, carved by such terribly Dark works. But the blemishes are only that. The beating core, the blazing heart, the Light of him still lives on, despite it all.
(And Obi-Wan knows now, in the luminous energy imbuing his very bones, that he would do anything, anything, to keep that Light alive.)

Anakin and Obi-Wan woke up weeks before the beginning of the Clone Wars with memories of the next seven years. While they still struggle to accept both what they’ve done and what was done to them, they’ve started on the road to healing and atonement.
Now, they begin to plan how to defeat Darth Sidious while reacclimatizing to their lives from before the war. There is still much personal trauma for them to work through as they try to deal with their past and prepare for their future. But, as long as they have each other, nothing is insurmountable.
