What do you expect when you get home after a long day? It may be that as soon as you walk in, your family will greet you, your wife will ask about how your day was, and your children will show you the good grades they got at school. Or maybe your pet is waiting for you? Or will you just come home and enjoy the silence that you have been craving all day?
But what Izuku Midoriya found when he returned home didn’t make sense at all. It was a child, a baby to be more specific.
Or Midoriya Izuku had a long night shift and a bad day at school and that's more than enough but the universe laughs at him and sends him another problem.

a short series of henry and william spending time together after william’s springlock incident.
this isn’t canon by any means! this will just be silly little comfort stories, think of it more as an au or canon divergence.
this will be updated slowly whenever i get the chance to write for it!! i’d also appreciate ideas for fics too! none of the chapters here will link with eachother unless i specify they will, okay?
i also don’t have a beta reader and english isn’t my first language so please ignore any mistakes!!
backstory so the fic makes sense:
- this is set around the time of fredbear’s diner opening, the only two animatronics that exist are fredbear and springbonnie
- no one is evil and no one dies too!!
- william has a springlock failure early into the business but survives, it just makes him permanently disabled but he’s okay aside from that!

Summary
Every story must have a beginning, a middle, and an end; though not necessarily in that order. Some stories start in the middle and tell of the beginning on its way to the end, and some start at the end only to travel backwards all the way to the start. As long as you have those three important parts, you have your story, and countless ways to let them unfold.
Let us open at the close, for the summary of this story.
Midoriya Izuku has wanted to be a hero since he was a child, still attending daycare. It was a desire he'd never really elaborated on, but growing up with several prospective heroes, it's a desire he couldn't help but share. Nothing could have prepared him for the road he took to achieve this dream, and nothing could have prepared him for the things he'd lose for it. Still, with every loss there must be gain, and Izuku has decided.
Knowing where he stands now, and knowing where he started not long ago, there's nothing that could convince him he should've lived his life any differently.
