Summary
Batman realizes in an unfortunate turn of events that, not only has the Joker escaped from Arkham (again) but he’s working with someone new, someone who’s been able to get the Clown a massive amount of funds with relative quickness and ease. Batman and his crew must find out who this mysterious benefactor is to put a stop to the mayhem before it can get out of control– as working with Joker is wont to do.
After endless hours of investigating they end up at what can only be described as a dead end (by Dick of course) A small town that’s been censored and quarantined by a previously unknown government agency, a young super hero who’s been containing Justice League Level events on his own with nothing more than his small, localized team, and one near impossible word.
Ghost.
It was a good thing that they worked quite often within the realms of impossibilities.
