After the Civil War and after the fight in Siberia Tony Stark is left in a coma with little chance of recovering. Even if he wakes up betrayal and the cold of Siberia had taken much from him already. Vision calls in someone that might help and Pepper is left with a choice she knows may bring only anger and hatred from the man she knows she's not strong enough to live without.
