Katara broke up with Aang when the demands of the world became too much but the Avatar is a hard act to follow. After five years Zuko arranges a peace summit in the Imperial City and they're all invited to attend. Reunion fic that's probably been done to death before but the world needs more Kataang. It gets more mature as we go on.
Update: The fic used to be called 'Helpless'. I've done a massive overhaul so it's a very different story.

Summary
In male omegas, the rate of conception and pregnancy is extremely low. Namjoon and Seokjin hoped to fight against that, to be an exception to the rule. But after years of trying and multiple miscarriages, the mates learn they will never be able to try again, not without upping the risk.
