Summary
In the process of running Decked Out, Tango takes care of a stable full of ravagers. When one gets sick, he has to call on his friends to help him out.
I wrote this in 3 hours because this idea has been stuck in my head for weeks. Enjoy.

Summary
I wanted more of that scene where Henry falls asleep on Suchdol's walls after the Italian Job goes wrong.
----
“Henry has,” Hans looks down at Henry. His eyes narrow with uncertainty and he looks away, throwing his head to the side. “well he gets nightmares.”
Samuel nods. Of course he does. A man doesn’t cry out like that if his rest is peaceful.
“You know?”
“We were in the devil’s den for quite a long time.” There may not be a single soul who has taken up residence in the den, who doesn’t know. “It would be hard not to notice.”
Hans runs a hand through his hair. “With how little he slept there,” he squeezes, tugging on messy, blonde strands, “I thought maybe his secret had stayed just that.”
“Few secrets do.” Samuel’s hands tighten around his arms. When had he begun holding himself?

Summary
"But I'm not just asking for myself," Hans continued, quieter. "If people start to wonder about the lack of an heir, it won't be me they turn on, we both know that. Jitka's reputation—she'll be worse than ruined when the gossip starts to come."
Or, when the heir to Rattay still can't sire a child one year into marriage, he comes begging for Henry's help. Henry thinks the task is simple, if insane: shoot a few loads in Jitka, then make like the wind so nobody suspects him.
Unfortunately for Hans, nothing is nearly ever so simple.

Summary
Henry returns to Rattay after many months away, and Heinrich sees the side of his father that loves.
“Henry!”
Three heads rise to the balcony, where Heinrich’s father is leaning over the balusters looking down. The chill wind pulls at the loose ends of his hair and the gaping collar of his tunic, though he shows no reaction to the cold. He’s almost never up this early — grousing if he’s woken before noon — but his eyes are wide awake now, fixed on Henry alone.
Heinrich senses himself shrinking back into the shape of a child, small and wet and instantly forgotten. He bristles with disappointment. Henry is beyond him now. And the courtyard, the village, the knights, the rain, his mother. All are secondary to Lord Hans Capon, who only has to call his name.

Summary
There was only one Silver Skalitz in Bohemia, and it had already burned to the ground.
It stood to reason that there was only one Henry of Skalitz in the world, too.
No more painful feeling exists than realizing you're in love with a dead man. (Even if you still don't know this particular agony is called love.)
Or: while Hans Capon languishes at Maleshov Fortress, he denies the truth--that Henry was captured, tortured, and killed by Istvan Toth--to himself for as long as he can, until it becomes inescapable.
Set during the canon KCD 2 storyline; spoilers for the Taking French Leave quest.
