He used to enjoy his office. It was barely more than a supply closet with a desk shoved into it, but it was his space. Now it was their space. They'd decided on having their desks pushed together after it became clear they wouldn't be able to sit back to back without constantly bumping into each other. Steve seemed fine with it either way. He usually just flashed Eddie a smirk while smoothly flitting in and out of his seat, while Eddie with his always-torn-somewhere wardrobe and long hair kept getting stuck on the furniture and the wall of poorly tacked posters when wiggling out from behind his desk.

Mostly a movie canon reimagining focused on the girls and gays. Or, maybe if Stephen King didn't fear and despise women, everyone could've lived and we could've gotten a thematically satisfying ending.
