“Viktor… Viktor needs help,” Jayce mumbled, “Please…”
“He is receiving help,” the voice soothed.
His body seemed to listen to that gentle, familiar tone because he felt himself relax.
“It’s alright, Jayce. You will be alright.”
He sounded like Viktor, and for a moment Jayce thought it was him, which was absurd because he was being carried by this man like he weighed nothing.
Or, A Hextech mishap leads to Viktor and Jayce switching bodies. Straying too far affects them physically, making distance unbearable and physical contact a necessity. Now they must navigate their daily lives, and convince everyone that nothing is wrong. And absolutely not appear any more tangled up in each other than usual.
Easier said than done.

“It's fine.”
“Viktor… let's leave,” Jayce said suddenly.
Viktor, still reeling from the pain, did not understand what Jayce meant.
“Leave? Leave where? Where would we go?”
“Anywhere. Where we are safe, where you can recover in peace,” Jayce pleaded, “Let’s leave this all behind."
Or, What if Viktor told Jayce about Singed's advice and they found out about the wild runes? What if they destroyed the Hexcore before it could take over? What if they ran away together and never looked back?

Summary
Jayce knew he could be clingy. He was the kind of guy who got invested in a relationship really quickly. It came off as creepy to some people. To the point where he had been broken up with solely because he came off too strong and ‘it was too much, sorry’.
Jayce did not let it get to him. His mother always did say that when he found the right person, they would accept him, even celebrate his quirks and find them endearing instead of off-putting. And somehow, he had found that person.
It was Viktor, his partner for almost a year.
But recently, things weren't looking too great for Jayce. Viktor was being slightly distant with him, not in a glaring way or anything. But in a more subdued manner, like he was not fully there in the relationship, like he was hiding something.
