Summary
The tale doesn’t have happy endings; The Emperor dies at the hand of the crown prince, Wilbur, trying to stop the war that ravaged half of the world. And the prince dies at the hands of his twin brother, Techno, trying to stop him from hurting their father and disappearing once having slain his kin. The youngest prince leaves the fallen empire, and is instead adopted by the Emperor of the victor side as their heir, shedding all ties with the Antarctic Empire in the process.
In Tommy’s humble opinion, its a shit fucking ending.

Tommy dies, gets somehow reincarnated in one novel he read a few months before his death, and lives a quiet life as some duke's errant boy. All is good except for the fact that the novel ends with half the world's destruction, he's ten years old instead of sixteen, and he's just some extra in the story.
