“So.” Changbin claps his hands once. “I may have figured out why we went wedding ring shopping, but —”
“What?” Hyunjin scrambles out of bed. “Why? What?”
Changbin chuckles nervously. “Um.”
Hyunjin stumbles over to stand next to him, tripping on his own feet as he rushes to see what Changbin’s looking at.
Changbin will be honest. He looks at the ring on his own finger, then the ring on Hyunjin’s, then at the marriage certificate sitting on the dresser and thinks:
Fuck yeah.
At the same time, Hyunjin blurts: “What the fuck?”
Changbin and Hyunjin wake up married in Vegas.

“Ohh my god,” Hyunjin shudders. His head lolls to the side, his moans are coming out of parted lips, he’s smiling. “Oh my god —” He abruptly cuts off. “Wait.”
Changbin stops, stilling his fingers inside of him. He lifts his head to look up at Hyunjin with wide eyes.
“What’s your name?” Hyunjin asks.
“Changbin,” he answers, panting, spit dripping down his chin.
“Changbin,” Hyunjin repeats. “I think I’m in love with you.”
Changbin goes to a pilates class. The instructor is way too hot.

“I baby trapped you,” Hyunjin says.
Changbin bursts into laughter. “You didn’t baby trap me. We planned for this extensively.”
“I baby trapped you,” Hyunjin repeats. “You’re gonna stay with me forever.”
Changbin smiles. “I was gonna stay with you forever either way.” He nudges Hyunjin’s foot underneath the table. “I can’t wait to be with you forever.”
Hyunjin is pregnant. Changbin takes care of him.

Summary
Still, Hyunjin longs for Changbin like he breathes, even with the distance and even with the time. He’s hoping that maybe he just hasn’t given himself enough distance or enough time, and the more faraway countries he travels to and the more texts he leaves unanswered, the more his longing will wither away.
It hasn’t worked yet. Not even a little. But he’s trying to get better, see?
Hyunjin left town and ghosted his best friend. He’s forced to confront it at his friends' engagement party.

Changbin puffs out a single laugh. “What?”
“We should get you pregnant,” Hyunjin repeats. He hooks his hands around Changbin’s waist to press his thumbs into his soft sides. “You’d look so good pregnant.”
Hyunjin can hear the smile in Changbin’s voice. “Yeah?”
“Yeah.” Hyunjin nods. “We should try.”
Hyunjin becomes obsessed with getting Changbin pregnant.
