From the request prompt: A common fear is needles. Bruce gives Peter a check up and Tony has to help Peter through the last part, but as much as Peter loves his daddy/daddies (if you put Steve in), his fear of needles is stronger. So he doesn't go down without a fight and crying of course.

Peter froze suddenly, his heart practically leaping into his throat. His eyes had made contact with the man in the front seat, only to realize that the person gazing back at him was not Tony. Instead, a tall, gruff-looking man with a hoodie and a red bandana over his mouth occupied the place where Mr. Stark had been sitting just minutes before.
“Don’t move,” the man grunted forcefully “or we’ll blow Stark’s brains out.”

Tony Stark is abducted. Peter Parker just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Summary
It’s 1935 and Steve Rogers finds himself thrown into a job of returning a sacred infinity stone and missing children to an African village he stumbles across. This is his job, so it should be simple, but he’s got the company of an orphan that he now sees as his own kid and a spoiled rich man that makes each step of this adventure a dramatic affair. But Steve puts up with it all because this could be the one that makes him famous. He’s been searching for fortune and glory his entire career, but it isn’t until this mission that he starts to realize maybe he isn’t going to find it at the end of the adventure because it’s been there, besides him, the entire time.

Former prisoner of war and current personal protection officer Tony Stark never expected to get assigned to be the bodyguard of 15 year-old Peter Parker – heir to Parker Industries and the ward of CEO Obadiah Stane.
Nor does Tony expect to grow so fond of the kid, which makes things all the worse when Peter is viciously kidnapped from right under his nose.
Who took Peter? What do they want with him? And what in the world is HYDRA?
The answers to those questions ultimately don’t matter. All that matters is that Tony is bringing Peter home – whatever it takes.

Oh yeah, and the kid also might be the cure for mankind's biggest problem. No pressure, or anything.

Tony had only ever had one nightmare about his Ironman suit turning against him. Even then it had technically been his father in the suit, not the suit itself. Talking down to him. Ridiculing him. Telling him he wasn’t worthy of even wearing it. Fairly typical as far as nightmares go for someone with daddy issues. So when he heard his Mark 47 suit power up on its own behind him in the garage late one afternoon, there was a split second in which he assumed he was simply having another odd insecurity-fueled dream.

Someone hacks into and gains control of one of Tony's suits, and for the first time he regrets putting a tracker in Peter's suit.
