Shinsou’s life is going good, he would even hazard to say it ventures into great territory sometimes.
He’s working towards his dream of being a hero with people just as determined and focused as him. He has friends and a family that he’s close to and trusts. He isn’t wanting for anything; doesn’t hope for more, doesn’t wish things were different. And while he might have a tiny crush on a certain loud eclectic blond, Shinsou is also very happy with their friendship the way it is and isn’t longing for more. Shinsou is happy, and he doesn’t want things to change.
So, when he walks into class on Monday morning, yawning and trailing behind a chattering Midoriya to see a piece of paper on his desk and on his desk only, Shinsou is instantly wary.

Summary
Five years after graduating, Kirishima Eijirou's life is pretty normal for a Pro Hero. Go on patrol, save some people, rinse and repeat. There's only one tiny problem; he's more lonely than words can express. When his class reunion rolls around, he thinks that he can finally change that, and hopes to rekindle his old friendships, especially with Bakugo. However, fate is cruel- not long after, his house burns down in mysterious circumstances, leaving him not only still lonely, but now homeless.
Until Bakugo offers him a place to stay.
Now Eijirou has to juggle uncovering who or what destroyed his home, his own insecurities, Pro Hero work, and his developing feelings for the best friend he just regained.
